This week, beech class have been exploring the rhyme ‘5 currant buns’. We have had lots of fun exploring the trays full of flour, playdoh, sand and enjoyed having a tea party with our friends. During attention autism, we listened to the rhyme whilst splatting the foam, watched a flour shake and observed Mrs Barrand make some cakes.

On Wednesday, we took it in turns to bake our own cakes! We enjoyed pouring the ingredients into the bowl and mixing it all together before decorating them and having a taste. They were so yummy.

This week, we also enjoyed a lovely walk to explore the nature. We put on our waterproof suits and wellies and loved splashing in the puddles! We explored the woodland area, finding ice, leaves and enjoyed squelching in the mud.

What an amazing week! Have a wonderful weekend.
