This week is Children’s Mental Health Week - “Know yourself - Grow yourself” During this week we’ve talked about how we feel when we our bodies are dysregulated and what we can do to help us feel calm, happy and regulated again. The learners had lots of ideas and we discussed how things work for some of us and not for others and that’s ok because everyone is different. Then Mrs Cobham talked about having an emotional toolkit and she showed us what she has in hers and explained why. We all chose a bag and then using picedu we found pictures of things that could help us that would fit in our bag. Mrs Cobham also showed us some breathing exercises that we could use and we all had a go.
