We have had such a busy week this week exploring all activities. We’ve continued our topic of pirates by finding treasure in ice, decorating parrots, finding messages in bottles and cutting and sticking different outfits on the pirates. 

On Tuesday we celebrated pancake day. We enjoyed role playing flipping pancakes during continuous provision and then had turn at tasting our own! We used great communication to request our chosen toppings and loved tasting the chocolate spread! 

On Thursday, we enjoyed celebrating world book day. Some of us dressed up in our favourite characters and enjoyed matching and sounding out different letters. We listened to a sensory story and practised our mark making skills in different materials.
