The Past Few Weeks in 11P

11P have had a very busy few weeks!

We’ve carried on with our swimming lessons and our volunteering up at Chorley in Bloom, where we’ve been getting the gardens ready for winter.

We’ve finished some of our ASDAN units and have been doing lots of hard work in all of our lessons, including English and Maths. We’ve been using our math skills when doing our enterprise work and taking orders for the staff tuck shop.

We worked together to make a scarecrow and learned all about harvest and what it means to be thankful for people and the things we have. We’ve been shopping at ASDA to get the stock for our tuck shop as well as getting stuff for our breakfasts and we’ve also been going out into the community to learn about using technology.

Everyone has worked really hard this term, only one more week until we all have a well deserved break!
