Hi everyone,
It has been wonderful to hear from some of your mummy’s and daddy’s this week. It is fantastic to hear all about the skills you are developing at home.
This Week’s Home Learning:
- Oliver has had a very busy week. He has been learning his left and right by giving his brother directions on the go-kart they built last week. He has been enjoying water play from our Facebook The World About Me learning video by Mrs Fisher, gardening and so much more!
- Ethan has been working hard developing his social skills and learning how to play chess with his sister.
- Tig has been helping mummy with jobs in the house, has been tidying his toys away and has been making his own bed!
- Isobel has been exploring and developing lots of different life skills. In the last 3 weeks Isobel has been out in the garden and has been gardening with mummy. She has been baking and has learned how to make a cup of tea, with supervision from mummy of course.
These are fantastic skills Oak class! Miss Woods, Mrs Banks and myself cannot wait for you to show off your new skills in class to all your friends.
Learning from Home – Star of the Week:
I would also like to give a huge well done to our Star of the Week, Tig! We are very proud of you for working hard at home, helping mummy with jobs and even making his own bed! What a superstar!
I wonder who will be our next Star of the Week?..
Remember: Keep working hard and get your Mummy’s and Daddy’s to keep emailing pictures and videos for us to see! (crossr@astleypark.lancs.sch.uk)
I cannot wait to see what fun you have next week, keep safe everybody and have a fabulous Easter weekend in the sun!
- Miss Cross
