10G have had another fantastic week. We have been incredibly busy and on Wednesday we got to have a video call with Santa. We had a lovely chat and enjoyed seeing his grotto in the North Pole. We also got some amazing presents from Santa’s lovely elves. Miss Robertson let us open them in class and we even got to eat one chocolate from our yummy selection box. Miss Robertson also showed us the CCTV of Santa arriving at school in the morning. He crashed his sleigh into the school and dropped presents everywhere. It really made us laugh! We also watched the Christmas production which we loved and enjoyed singing along too. In the afternoon we had a virtual sharing our learning session. We did a Christmas what’s in the box and then made Christmas cup cakes. We loved being able to show our parents how clever we all are and how grown up we can be in class. When they had cooled down Miss Robertson let us decorate them so they looked like snowmen and Christmas puddings. They were delicious and we were really proud of ourselves. This week we have also made our own books on the iPad with Mr Murphy, walked a mile, made Christmas decorations and played some lovely turn taking games. Have a very merry Christmas and a happy new year from everyone in 10G!
