Maple Class have been busy with lots of activities based on the book Elmer, this week. In school and with our friends at home via Teams, we have enjoyed an Elmer sensory story. We have been naming colours of elephants, decorating elephant biscuits and making our own Elmers from milk cartons. We have worked very hard with numbers this week, counting lots of elephants! And we have enjoyed exploring and caring for animals in our role play vets.
At home our learners continue to work hard, Scarlett has done a science experiment with skittles, made a rainbow in a jar and enjoyed yoga and animal dancing. Harry and Lottie too did the skittles science experiment, making a beautiful rainbow pattern. Everyone made a lovely fruit salad or fruit kebab, which all looked yummy!
Friday is a special day for Miss Potter, who celebrates her 30th birthday, Happy Birthday from us all Miss Potter, we hope you enjoyed your day.
Have a lovely weekend Maple Class!!
