Well done 10G what a super week you have all had. This week we have been looking at how we can take care of our mind/mental health. We talked about the fact that to keep our bodies healthy we have to also keep our minds healthy. We practised meditation, yoga and had a hot drink and chat about what we could do if we have any worries in school or at home.

We also had a chat and came up some fantastic ideas all about how to keep our mental health good and came up with lots of ideas including: taking the dogs for a walk, reading a book, playing a game with friends, talking to someone about any worries we have or using whisper, or making a cup of tea. 
 

This years theme for Mental Health week has been nature. This week we went on the climbing frame and the bikes which we said was good for our minds and went on a nature hunt outside. Before we went for our hunt some of our minds were very busy and after we came back to class we said we felt our minds were much more relaxed. What a super week you have all had 10G, well done!
