11G have had yet another busy week. In maths we have been focusing on shape, some of us went around school to see what shapes we could find. We found some interesting shapes. We used our iPads to play some shape games and sort shapes into groups.
In English we finished off our Jack and the Beanstalk story, some of us wrote sentences while others sequenced the story and found differences between 2 stories.
On Wednesday some of 11G took part in a PALS workshop with Chorley Sports Partnership, we played games and learnt how we could help some of our primary phase play games at playtime and in P.E.
We have been continuing to help with the washing, drying and recycling as part of our Dof E award.
On Thursday some of us baked some star biscuits, we weighed out the ingredients and put them in the noisy food processor. We had them for snack and they were delicious.
On Friday it was Remembrance Day, we went out to the playground and Mrs Chaloner played the last post, everyone stood for a one minute silence to remember. We made some poppies class and took them home.
