On Monday, Beech Class packed up their buckets and spades and headed to the beach. 

We all enjoyed the journey to Southport on the minibus, and soon could see the sea. 

Luckily once we got to the beach the sun came out and we were ready for a fun filled day. 

Once on the sand we all got exploring, building sandcastles, running up and down the sand dunes, and some of us even had a little sunbathe!!!

Then it was time for our picnic, we found a picnic table and all sat round to enjoy our yummy lunch before heading back to school. 

What a fantastic day out!!!
