Well it's been a hot one this week!

We started Monday with a maths lesson and we had ASDAN in the afternoon, which we continued on Tuesday morning. Tuesday afternoon we continued to read The Wizard of Oz in English and completed some more comprehension tasks.

Wednesday morning we had a short game of rounders before it got too hot for our PE lesson and in the afternoon we did our lesson on Rainbow day. We talked about people of different sexualities and genders and how everyone deserves to be treated the same no matter who they are. 

On Thursday morning we all helped to get the chocolate tombola ready for the summer fair by folding up tickets and labelling the chocolates and the afternoon was spent making Father's Day cards ready for Sunday. 

On Friday we had swimming in the morning and after lunch it was time for our Rainbow Day parade around the track, where we proudly showed off the flag we had decorated. A big congratulations to Sophie who is our star of the week for some excellent teamwork and working hard in maths.
