Children in Need in 8A goes all dotty.
Today is “Children in Need” day in Astley Park School.
We started the day in 8A by doing some Pudsey colouring. Lovely use of the colour yellow and what fantastic spots, well done!
The learners then watched a video of different schools and children singing a beautiful song about helping each other to support the charity of “Children in Need”. The song is from this year’s “Children in Need” appeal.
8A also looked at a PowerPoint about why we raise money for the Children in Need charity and all the different ways that we can help those who aren’t as fortunate as us. Miss Robertson read through the slides and the learners did amazing listening and were able to answer questions that were asked about the charity.
The learners then used their amazing colouring skills to colour in a Pudsey bear money box.
We even had a “dotty” visitor in 8A today. Mrs Hodgeon came into class to sort out the Teaching Assistants laptop. She looked amazing and sorted out the laptop on the “spot”.
Have a brilliant weekend
From 8A team.
