Everyone in 9P were getting in the Christmas spirit this week.

We have been practicing hard for our Christmas production, which I’m sure you are all looking forward to.

On Wednesday afternoon we had a visit to Birkacre Garden Centre to see all the fantastic Christmas displays, trees and decorations. We all discussed the Nativity scene and who was in the stable then we were greeted by Rudolph and his friends singing Christmas songs. Next we enjoyed looking at the big Christmas trees with the sparkly lights. We wandered inside and saw a singing penguin band and everyone sang along. We danced along with Santa and his band too.  9P were very excited to sit on the Birkacre express as the snowy scenes whizzed past. 

On Thursday it was Christmas Dinner day!!!! We all sat patiently at our Christmas table waiting for our lunch.

Suddenly a giant Turkey (aka Mr Welsh) appeared and everyone gave him a big cheer.

We listened to Christmas songs as we ate our delicious lunch! 

9P are definitely ready for Christmas now and another exciting fun packed time next week.
