This week in willow class we have continued our theme of healthy hero’s. Some children had a walk to Asda to shop for their own healthy foods to use in food technology. Later in the week the children accessed food technology and used lots of skills from reading instructions , taking turns and using cutlery to chop the fruit. They created their very own fruit salad. In phonics the children looked worked hard with tricky words. 
In PE we have practiced rolling the balls to a peer and bouncing with different skills using small bounces and big bounces. 
In maths we have explored ordering objects and people from smallest to tallest. 
With a very windy day on Friday we had a look at fun things we can do in the wind. We made some of our very own kites and decorated using our previous pattern skills.
