This week, we have had two very important SMSC events: NSPCC Number Day and Safer Internet Day. 

We learnt about Safer Internet Day using a PowerPoint about the importance of online safety. We also discussed what online threats there could be and discussed the importance of not talking to strangers online. Unfortunately, we didn't get any photos of this day as we were so focused on the learning! 

We learnt about NSPCC Number Day through learning about the NSPCC using a PowerPoint and then we played a range of number jigsaws/board games to celebrate this day. We also practised our numbers in relation to this day through our targets intervention session on Thursday afternoon on number bonds (with a group of children). Many children brought in donations as well for the NSPCC, thank you so much!
