What a great first week back!

Everybody in 8A was glad to be back at school and have settled straight back in.

On Tuesday Miss Della Fera came to deliver PSHE/Thrive session.

8A learnt all about another Superflex character, Space Respecter and had some fantastic ideas about them and how they can help them.

During Thrive Miss Della Fera got out a big white sheet?!?! 8A split into two teams and stood on the sheet, She then gave just two instructions… stay on the sheet and flip the sheet over. :0 

Some of 8A said this was impossible!

This helped to teach everyone about good communication and great teamwork. A great effort by both sides, proving that it was definitely not impossible.

Class have also made some lovely firework pictures using chalk and also using the Scratch jnr app. Pupils even made their very own ‘fizzy fireworks’ which they really enjoyed. They were anlso excited to be seeing some fireworks on Bonfire night.

Everyone in 8A worked exceptionally hard on their maths this week, working on number placement, counting in different sequences and odd and even numbers.

Well done 8A on such a great first week!!
