Beech class has settled back in well this week. Our topic for the next two weeks is ‘winter’. During continuous provision, we explored snow scenes in different sensory materials, practised our phonics letters, decorated winter jumpers and counted buttons on the snowmen.

Throughout attention autism and adult led activities, we made penguins, a winter tree, enjoyed a penguin slide and painted with ice. We also practised our fine motor by cutting and sticking and engaged in lots of fun sensory regulation in the integration room.

On Tuesday afternoon, some of us enjoyed a walk into the park. We did amazing walking and loved exploring the ice.

Well done Beech class!
