It has been a great last week as two separate groups in 9G!

Group A

Group A have been busy learning about germs and how important it is to wash our hands. Everyone enjoyed cleaning off the dirty hands in the tuff tray using the squeezy bottle! All the children tried hard to use their fine motor skills to put germs on the hands and had a good go at making the baby dolls clean! This week we have also been working on patterns, sorting and building shapes during My Thinking and Problem Solving! Everyone did their best and made some interesting buildings! Finally, Group A got to go on the climbing frame! We really weren't sure at first but soon got to grips and were climbing very high! We had a video call with all our friends taking part in play dough gym, and did some fruit and vegetable printing of our friends in class!

Group B

Group B have done some work on our feelings this week. First of all Miss Hendy made some faces of different feelings out of shaving foam, and then the children came up and splatted them. Luckily, the floor was the only thing covered in shaving foam this week! We looked at making our own faces in the tuff tray using different materials, and then sorted pictures of different emotions into the right category. We have also enjoyed playing some maths based games this week and practicing taking turns. This including making sock pairs, snakes and ladders and ladybird matching. We also had a video call this afternoon where we did our best rendition of Let It Go and had a go at signing to This Is Me. Unfortunately, there were some technical difficulties but everyone coped very well with this!

We are really looking forward to having you all together next week! Have a lovely weekend!
