Today Willow have been practicing our functional measurement skills through cookery. The children worked hard to follow a recipe to create a mini app,e crumble each. 
Everyone did an amazing job at applying their kitchen safety skills we practiced last week, making sure to use sharp equipment safely, clean their areas and keep good hygiene. They all did some tricky peeling, chopping with the knives, measuring ingredients and combining ingredients into a crumble mixture. 
We then made sure everything was clean and did our own washing up, hopefully this skill will be applied to help families at home!
