Good Afternoon, 

I’d like to start by announcing this years Student Counsellors. We had a close run election but the majority voted Teegan our Student Counsellor and Olivia our Deputy. All our pupils treated the voting process with high level of respect! 

8A Counsellors

I have to say 8A have hit the ground running this year and have already crammed a lot in in just 2 weeks. I am delighted to report all our amazing pupils have returned to school with a fantastic attitude, which has meant we have been able to go offsite 3 times this week. These trips have included our first swimming lesson of the year, a community visit to the cafe in Astley Park to practice our communication skills and a journey to Tesco to buy our ingredients for our life skills lessons. In our Me and My Body lessons, our PE focus has been Netball and in Understanding Our World we have begun exploring the different forces that are around us.
