11G have had a very busy term. We are certainly ready for our Christmas break.

On Monday we made some Christmas cards for our family, some of us made a reindeer card and others made a robin card.

On Tuesday morning we went swimming, we swam for a while and then because it was our last swimming session before Christmas the swimming teachers put on his some Christmas music and we played in the water with our friends.

In the afternoon it was our secondary Christmas production lots of our family came to watch us. We were all amazing and all our teachers were very proud of us.

On Wednesday morning we had our P.E lesson in the hall. Some of us chose our favourite songs to dance to and we had lots of fun.

It was National Immigrants Day on Wednesday, in class we talked about refugees and how we would feel if we had to move out of our home quickly. We sat by the open door for a while and felt how cold it was. We didn’t like it and said how lucky we are to live in nice warm houses. We worked as a team and built a shelter out of cardboard to keep us warm and dry if we were living outside and it was cold and wet and windy.

On Thursday we came to school in our pyjamas and had breakfast in class with our friends, we had bacon butties. We had a very special visitor,  Santa came to see us and he brought us some lovely presents helped by his elves. We were all very excited to see him and our teachers told him that we had all worked very hard in class and we were all on the nice list.

On Friday we made bacon butties for the staff and had them for our breakfast.

Enjoy your Christmas break and come back refreshed everyone.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
