Our last week before the Easter break and we have been very busy!

We have made Easter cards using our colouring skills or painting our hands, which we hope you like.

Wednesday- the day we have all been waiting for - photo booth day… it didn’t disappoint! We had a absolute blast as you can see from the photos, again, hope you like them.

On Thursday we went to the Manchester Museum. Everyone was very excited! We visited the Egyptian exhibition featuring more than 100 objects including jewellery, pottery, face masks and eight mummies, which we found very interesting ,it showed us perspective on beliefs about the afterlife during an era when Egypt was part of the Greek and Roman worlds.

Next we moved on to the dinosaur exhibit where we spoke to a lady about a bone from an Ichthyosaur. We got to feel it too. We saw lots of artefacts We came face to face with the skeleton of Stan the Tyrannosaurus rex, which was absolutely massive, we couldn’t believe it!

Next stop was McDonald’s on the way back for lunch, we all sat chatting about what we had seen and what fun we were having.

On the bus everyone was exhausted, some of us fell asleep, it was a very quiet trip back after a fun filled day.

7A celebrated World Autism Awareness day today. World Autism Awareness Day (WAAD) aims to put a spotlight on the hurdles that people with autism and others living with autism face every day.

We coloured in lots of Autism Awareness pieces of work which brightened up the classroom. We also had a walk around the track displaying all our art work, everyone dressed in their most colourful clothes and walked with their friends.

Everyone in 7A wishes you all a fantastic Easter and hope you all have lots of fun over the holidays.
