It has been a lovely week in 8P and we have all been busy taking part in lots of different activities. 

To help us with our maths, we had a trip out to a local supermarket where we chose things from our  shopping list. We each took turns to pick items up from the shelves, but the best part was using the self service till where we got to practise using money in a real life situation.

As well as maths, we have been working hard in our Phonics and English lessons, spending time in small groups as well as working as a whole class. 

In Cooking, we had great fun preparing salad sandwiches, where we practised grating cheese, chopping tomatoes up and cutting the sandwich in half. 
We also enjoyed eating our sandwiches afterwards. 

This afternoon, we are choosing our regulation activities before we all join in with celebration assembly. 

Hope we all have a lovely weekend and that the sun continues to shine.
