This week, we have been learning about Children's Mental Health Awareness Week through a range of activities. 

During regulation sessions, we have learnt about how certain activities, for example - yoga, can help with our mental health. 

We learnt about Children's Mental Health Awareness Week through activities in PSHE (see photos below). 

Ellie and Jan were talking about their friends and what friendship groups they're a part of and how friends can help us with our mental health. 

Other pupils were learning about this very important week through a Colourful Semantics activity.
