This week in Chestnut Class we have been focusing on our Social and Communication skills as a part of Friendship week. We have been exploring activities with others and working on developing our tolerance skills accepting others joining us. We have had lots of laughs and smiles during Intensive Interaction and Attention Autism activities – the wind up giraffe and confetti balloon have been a big hit this week.

On Friday we enjoyed a Children in Need themed day. We came dressed in our own clothes and were provided lots of opportunities to explore all things yellow and round! We even made a spotty Pudsey Bear in Attention Autism.
