Another very sunny and fabulous week in 9G!

On Monday we started the week with My Thinking and Problem Solving where we continued with our number work and started to show how well we know our coins. Some learners were matching coins, and others were able to show they knew the names of the coins. Some were even making small amounts with the coins they were given. In the afternoon we went on the Bikes and then took part in healthy food tasting. I was very proud of 9G as they all has a go of most of the fruits and veg.

On Tuesday we continued with our My Thinking and Problem Solving work, and then in the afternoon did P.E outside in the lovely warm weather. We worked together in teams to follow an obstacle course as tortoises with a 'shell' on our back. This was very tricky and 9G had to do some good talking and listening to each other for this to work! Well done 9G!

On Wednesday we worked on our group communication skills, taking turns with our friends and making choices about our favourite games. 9G had so much fun with this, and it was nice to see everyone interacting with different friends.

On Thursday, we celebrated World Earth day in the morning which can be seen on Miss Riley's blog. In the afternoon we began designing our own Camper vans. Some of us made choices from a variety of pictures, some searched on the iPad. We then used what we had found to colour in a Camper vans template with how we want ours to look going forward! I can't wait to see how these turn out.

On Friday morning, Mr Murphy was in class. We finished off our Camper Van paintings and some did tracing and patterns of the Vans on the iPads.

Well done for another fab week 9G!
