This week in 9A, We have started to read our new book The Tin Forest, we had a think about the things we might find in a forgotten place full of things people didn’t want any more and We’ve created some lovely art work based on the descriptive words in the story. 

We have had some problems with our internet this week so got a little creative with our maths lessons, we have have played some maths based communication games and even made a giant human snakes and ladders. Its was lots of fun. 

In science we have been looking at the properties of different materials and comparing them. 

We did some amazing artwork with Mrs Mahood this week, we finished our pop art pictures and they look fantastic. They will be displayed in class soon.  

We’ve had our swimming lesson again this week and as always tried really hard and did some amazing swimming. On Thursday afternoon the sun was shining for our community visit to Withy grove. We had a wonder around the park and enjoyed a nice ice lolly to cool us down.
