This week the children have looked at the qualities in a good friend and together built a friendship wall . We then created a beautiful friendship wreath for our classroom door to show we are all different and each have our own qualities. 
In our lesson with Mrs Lane this week we started a new story ‘the old toy room’ to continue with our toy shop theme. The children ordered the story into the correct sequence, then categorised into new and old toys.  
On Wednesday we began learning all about Diwali ‘the festival of light’. The children created their very own lanterns. They designed their own patterns and was able to cut accurately. What a fabulous morning. 

On Thursday the children created some amazing dance routines . One group learned and performed and robot dance , whilst another group learned a cowboy dance. 
Friday we created some amazing friendship pictures using lots of collage materials.
