This week Chestnut Class have continued to explore Under The Sea topic through Attention Autism, creativity, and the continuous provision. We’ve been counting sandcastles, ice creams and sea creatures and finding out how many left when one is taken away. We’ve been practising our pouring skills during Food technology, using our communication skills to make choices, request items and comment when making ice lollies. Our favourite flavour was apple and mango flavour! We’ve been on a sea creature hunt in the outdoor area and using our communication boards to show what we have found. Some children accessed the Pets Shop as part of their community visit and a small group attended the Space Centre.
