This week as part of our self-care development, we have been brushing our teeth in class.
Firstly we looked at teeth, what we use them for and how important it is to look after them.

Our focus was limiting time on the PC / ipad.
We always use our ipads with " Now and Next" visuals and a sand timer to establish good practice.
