We fully enjoyed the cakes Isobel had brought in to celebrate her birthday, we had a choice of Vanilla, Strawberry or Chocolate. They were delicious!

Thursday 22nd April was Earth day so Astley Park school celebrated in style!

Today Sycamore Class have enjoyed celebrating Red Nose Day! 
 

In class we have our very own Red Nose Day competition; creating and designing a red nose just for us. We were challenged to use different colours, drawings, patterns and to be as neat as we could. To make our challenge even harder…

A lion in cornflakes? We listened to the story of The Lion in Cornflakes and had a go at making our own lions. Some of us used paint, some used colours and some of us did cutting and sticking. We all enjoyed making some brilliant lions. Roarrrrrrrr.

Sycamore Class have enjoyed our Teams calls this week.....on Monday we did movement incorporating our animal theme. We moved like a Gorilla, a Flamingo, a Frog, and a Kangaroo everyone in class and at home did really well and had great fun acting out the different animals!
